Framework Contracts

OPTO International holds Framework Agreements with Sida for short-term consulting services within several sectors. Sida uses the Agreements for a range of activities in the project cycle such as:

• Audits, evaluations of reports, project proposals, project documents, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, time plans, etc.
• Advice and proposals for project implementations
• Investigations
• Drawing up proposals for Terms of Reference and other background information for more extensive studies, audits, procurement, etc.
• Assisting with tender evaluations or the auditing of tender evaluations.
• Assisting as an expert in discussions, negotiations and other meetings in Sweden or abroad.
• Conducting preliminary studies or audits in Sweden or abroad ahead of projects.
• Planning, participating in and/or contributing to seminars (e.g. as moderator) in Sweden or abroad.
• Contributing to the presentation of publications including methods development.
• Carrying out evaluations and other follow-up of development work arranged by Sida or other organisations.
